Stephen P. Dowd (Scuba Steve) November 15th, 1972 – December 6th, 2020 Age 48, passed Dec 6th, 2020. He was born in Painesville, Ohio on November 15th, 1972. He was a man of few words but you knew where you stood with him. He loved riding his motorcycle and visiting with friends and family. He was always willing to help where he could and loved his children. He is survived by his two children Rebecca and Stephen Jr, step-mom Diane, brothers Ken, Chuck, and Randy, sisters: Ashley, Rosie, and Kim, grandchildren: Kenny, Joey, and Mary, nephews: Zachary, Dane, Christopher, Tyler, nieces: Laken, Brittany, Gabriel, and Kaylie, and wife Jennifer. He is preceded in death by his parents Susan Moore and William Dowd and many others. A Drive Through Memorial will be held from 1-3 P.M. on Friday, December 11, 2020 at the Behm Family Funeral Home parking lot, 26 River St., Madison, OH 44057.
