About Behm Family Funeral Homes in Madison and Geneva, Ohio

Behm Family Funeral Homes is a fourth-generation, family owned funeral home in Madison, OH and Geneva, OH serving families throughout Northeast Ohio since 1906. What began with Walter C. and Alta E. Behm has grown into a legacy of compassionate care spanning more than a century. Today, under the leadership of Trevor Behm, we continue to uphold the values of trust, respect, and dignity that our family has always stood for.

Four Generations of Family Owned Funeral Home Service

Walter C. and Alta E. Behm founded our funeral home in 1906. Their son Wilford continued the tradition, and after Wilford’s passing at a young age, his wife Betty took over the helm with remarkable dedication. Wilford and Betty’s sons, Michael, Timothy, and Ford, each earned their funeral director and embalming licenses and became deeply involved in the family business. Ford’s son, Trevor, now serves as President of Behm Family Funeral Homes, leading a talented and devoted staff.
