Ruth C. Klasen

Ruth C. Klasen, age 86 of Madison, passed away Monday, June 16, 2014. Born August 21, 1927 in Painesville, she was the daughter of Harriet Simpson (Hulbert) & Royal Charles Andrews. She married Lynn H. Klasen in Greenup, KY on May 30, 1947. Ruth was a cook for the Madison Schools. She was a member of Thompson United Methodist Church, Ashtabula Christian Women's Association, area Multiple Sclerosis Support Groups, The Red Hat Society and Hilltop Circle. She enjoyed her family, especially her grandbabies, and many special friends. She is survived by her daughters, Linda (Dennis) Herder of Leroy, Patricia (Mark) Price of Kingsville, Vicki (Tod) Baker of Madison, Doree (Michael Wagner) Wagner of Madison; son, Richard H. Klasen of Madison; grandchildren, Jennifer, Jane, Tarra, Tasha, Kailey, Kyle, Korey great-grandchildren, Harper, George Jr. & Lorelei; brother, Robert Charles (Jackie) Andrews of Madison. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn H. Klasen; her parents; her sister, Helen Henninge. Friends will be received 5-8 PM, Thursday, June 19, 2014 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 20, 2014 at the funeral home with Rev. Tom Gruver of Thompson United Methodist Church officiating. Final resting place will be at Fairview Cemetery in Madison
