Patricia Ann Cesen Zele

Patricia Ann Cesen Zele, age 78, of Painesville, passed away December 23, 2013 at Tri-Point Medical Center in Concord Township, surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 17, 1935 in Painesville, the daughter of Robert & Mary Jopko and was a devoted wife to Joseph Zele for the last 25 years. Pat was a 1953 graduate of Madison High School. She was an accomplished musician and taught piano and accordion for over 30 years; she retired from JC Penney in 1996. Pat was a member of SNPJ Lodge 355 and spent many happy times playing her button box and accordions for friends and family; she truly deserved her title of "Best Little Entertainer." The many memories of Pat, like her many songs, live on in our hearts. She leaves behind husband, Joseph; children, Michael (Sonja-Chom) Cesen, Deborah Bucar, Phillip (Kathleen) Cesen; grandchildren, Nicole and Nathan Bucar, Michelle and John Cesen; sister, Dolores (Dave) Bailey; brother, William "Tiny" (Barb) Jopko; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Cesen in 1984; parents Robert and Mary; and brother, Robert (Joan) Jopko. Friends will be received from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00am on Friday, December 27, 2013 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 9925 Johnnycake Ridge Road in Concord Township. Final Resting Place will be All Souls Cemetery in Chardon.
