Had the pleasure of working with Mark at PTC. I always enjoyed working with and interacting with Mark Brace, fortunate to have worked with him on some of his accounts. He was a very nice guy, very positive and his customers and colleagues loved him, he will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to his family.
Sean Chou left a message on February 24, 2021:
I worked with Mark many years while at PTC. Our interactions were around helping Mark's customers succeed with PTC software and professional services (my role). I always felt Mark stood out from many of his peers as a good-hearted, proactive, fair, honorable, humble yet very successful Account Manager. It was always a pleasure to work with him and I had a lot of respect for him as a PTC Account Manager and as a person. I am sincerely sorry that Mark left us far too soon.

Mark and I worked together many years on agreements between STERIS and PTC. It was a joy to know him. Over the years we developed a close friendship which I will always cherish. I miss him already. I'll never forget how kind he was to my young son a number of years ago when he invited him out to Concord to drive the grape harvester. My son has never forgotten either. I valued all our discussions about work, faith, life, family, diets... every moment was a joy. I grieve his loss but will never forget the man and friend he was to me.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
Eric Elek left a message on February 21, 2021:
The first time I met Mark was at a CPR class for Little League coaches. After I did my turn correctly on the dummy he smacked my butt and said great job! With a big smile. I was like wow who is this guy. Through coaching I got to know who he was.....and what he was is simply the best. I’m blessed to have known him even for only a few years. He has affected me like not many have. ?
