Dorothy Cochran, age 76 passed away November 19, 2021. She was born July 8, 1945 in Bentleyville, PA to Virgil and Ruth (Hoak) Cowger. She married the late Edgar Palmer Cochran on October 8, 1966 in Cleveland. Dorothy enjoyed quilting and sewing in her spare time. She also enjoyed babysitting and going to the beach. …
