William Odegard

William "Bill" Odegard, Age 71,of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Friday, April 23, 2010 at his home. Born June 28, 1938 in Saybrook, Ohio, to Alice (Hougan) & Donald Odegard he married Dottie Ferguson-Moyers in Geneva, Ohio on October 13, 1973. He was the Owner/Operator of Odegard & Sons Construction for 36 years. A 1956 Graduate of Madison High School, and served in the U.S. Army. Bill was a member of Geneva VFW Post #6846, life member of Geneva Eagles, and member of Geneva Kiwanis for 25 years. He was also a member of Christ Episcopal Church where he served on the vestry. He enjoyed sports and NASCAR. He is survived by Wife of 36 years: Dottie Odegard; 7 Sons: Tom (Krystal Patrick), Dwight (Judy), Ron (Kelly), Scott (Kathy), Mark (Denise), Jesse, All of Geneva; John (Jenny) of Windsor; 2 Daughters, Susan (Brian) Vaughn of Klamath Falls, Oregon & Tammy (Bill) Greathouse of Geneva; 32 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; Sister, Katherine (Garner Babcock) of Edwards, Miss. & Several nieces & nephews He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends will be received from 10-11:00 am on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at Christ Episcopal Church, 66 S. Eagle Street, Geneva with a Memorial Service to follow at 11:00 am at the church. Father Tom Jackson will be officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Christ Episcopal Church. Arrangements are being handled by The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 S.
