William O. Crane

William Ora Crane, Sr.,65, of Ashtabula, Ohio, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2008 at home surrounded by friends and family. He was born August 23, 1942 in Albion, Pennsylvania, to Alice (Seipel) & Harold Crane. Was formerly a supervisor at Tartan Marine. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, bingo , Nascar racing and spending time with his grandkids. He attended South Harpersfield United Methodist Church. He is survived by children, Connie (Robin) Steinberger of Madison, Lori (Rodney) Burlingame of Geneva-on-the-Lake, William Crane, Jr. of Saybrook; Grandchildren, Lindsey Steinberger of Willoughby, Owen Burlingame and Ethan Burlingham, both of Geneva-on-the-Lake; Godchild, Mark Ferron of Geneva Sisters,Ruth Mihaly of Mentor and Janet (Bruce) Kuba of Saybrook; Brother Harold (Sara) Crane, Jr. of Cranesville He was preceded in death by his parents; Sister, Marilyn Ferron; brothers-in-law, Barney Mihaly and Donald Ferron; Nephew, Keith Kuba and several nieces and nephews Friends will be received 5-8:00 Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio. Funeral Service will be private. Final Resting Place will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Geneva. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family.
