William John Borer

William John 'B.j.' Borer of Perry, Ohio passed away peacefully at his home Sunday May 12th, 2019 with his family.
William was born October 10th, 1980 in Painesville, Ohio to Karen and Bryan Borer where he grew up with his loving family of six siblings and with his foster family before returning home later in life.
B.j. attended Broadmore Schools where he loved basketball and excelled into employment opportunities where he enjoyed working at Brighter Horizons. A lover of music, movies, and car rides, William would always have a smile and a hug to give to those he loved dearly. He enjoyed the company of his many dogs, especially 'Rose'. B.j. enjoyed air drumming to his many favorite songs, drawing, and being with those he cherished.
William is survived by his mother, Karen Borer-Lampinen (Leo); grandparents, William and Bonnie Borer and grandmother, Doris McDermitt; siblings, Erik (Lisa) Borer, Crystal (Frank) Gildersleeve, Franklin Borer, Rebecca Borer, Heather Borer, and Kenneth Borer; foster brother, Ronnie Lorenzo; foster parent, Steve (Tammy) Gray; his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and extended families who loved B.j., for he brightened many lives.
He was preceded in passing by his father, Bryan Borer; his grandmother, Nancy Borer, and his grandfather, John McDermitt.
A memorial service to honor William’s life will be Friday, May 17, 2019 at 2 pm at Zion Lutheran Church, 508 Eagle St. Fairport Harbor, OH 44077 with Pastor Frederick Johnson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in William’s name to Deepwood Foundation of Lake County, 8121 Deepwood Blvd. Mentor, OH 44060.
The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St. Madison assisted his family with arrangements.
Deepest sympathy to the family especially Steve and Tammy Gray on the loss of Bj. They were devoted and dedicated caregivers.
My deepest prayers are with the family. Heaven gained a very special angel. It was always a pleasure to see him in the drive thru at our pharamacy. You will be missed bud.
Thoughts and Prayers to the Family and to the Foster Family of Bj Tammy and Steve for being such loving caregivers for 29 years. I met Bj when he was just a little boy and he had the cutest smile.
