  1. To the Family, my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Bill. I had the pleasure of a haircut in his Barbershop, and to get reacquainted with him after reconnecting with Ruth Ann. I admire his strength in the past years of dealing with being bedridden, and know without a doubt that he’s now in God’s heavenly kingdom where he feels no pain. Love and many prayers for comfort. Kaye

  4. Bill cut my hair from the time I was about 5 years old until I was about 20 years old. He was a great man and had a special talent of both cutting hair and making people feel special. I’m sorry for your loss and your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
