William “Billy” Rinkes, age 36, passed away September 3, 2021. He was born March 20, 1985 in Painesville the son of John Rinkes, Carol Kolencik Bucher and Les Bucher. Billy worked as a construction worker. He was an avid fan of the Browns and Indians, REALLY All Cleveland Sports. He loved his family and immensely enjoyed hanging out with his nieces and nephews. He will be truly missed by all who knew him. Billy leaves behind his mother, Carol (Les) Bucher; father, John (Val) Rinkes; sisters, Alicia Morris, Crystal Rinkes and Hilary Enos; step-sisters, Melissa Bucher, Renaee (Ben) Mikula and Lesley Cruz; Many Nieces and Nephews - and many loved family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Virginia Pecnik, Edward Rinkes, Jr; Helga Kolencik and Jan Kolencik; and cousin, Shawn Loescher.
