Born June 8, 1916 in Webster County, West Virginia, to Clasee Ellen (Lancaster) & Walter Vincent Shreve She was formerly a Housekeeper & Food Service Cook Wanda devoted her time to her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
