Viola Skinner

Viola Skinner, age 93, of Madison, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020 at UH Geauga Medical Center. She was born March 8, 1927 in Cleveland, the daughter of Gerald and Jennie (Patterson) Volante. She married Ralph Skinner in 1946. Viola worked for Madison Local Schools as a lunch room cashier and retired on July 12, 1991. She enjoyed spending time with family, bird watching and traveling. She is survived by her sons, Ronald Neal (Leslie) Skinner, Roy Edward (Mona) Skinner; grandchildren, Lynn Ann (Walt) McLaren, Rachel Ann (Woody) Pringle, Roy Edward Skinner II; great-grandchildren, Reagan Elizabeth Morgan and Isaiah Xavier Skinner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; her parents, Gerald and Jennie, daughter in law, Vickie Skinner and granddaughter, Mary Elizabeth Skinner.
