Victoria Ellis, age 65, of Thompson, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2024. She was born November 6, 1958 in Painesville, the daughter of Alphonse and Ann (Olewick) Derus.
Victoria is survived by her sons, John (Bethany) Ellis and Nick (Serena Luther) Ellis; grandchildren, Douglas Ellis and Courtney Haycox; great grandson, Henry Haycox; sisters, Lee (Tom) Toth, Ellen (Abe) Cantor, and Kathleen (Lou) Berman; brothers, Mark (Toni) Derus, Alphonse Christopher (Sue) Derus, and Mike (Rose) Derus. She is preceded by her parents and her brother, Dennis Derus.
A Celebrations of Victoria’s Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made in Victoria’s name to your local animal shelter.
