Victor "Vic" Yenc

Victor "Vic" Yenc, age 87 of Thompson passed away September 15, 2014 at Blossom Hill Care Center in Huntsburg. He was born May 1, 1927 in Euclid and married Jennie Zupancic on May 22, 1948.
Vic enjoyed yard work and always had a perfect yard, from trimmed edges to beautiful bushes. He liked cars both old & new, and trucks of all sizes. Vic loved motorcycles and had a soft spot for Harleys and Indians. He was a body man for the Studebaker dealer in Cleveland until they closed in 1964 and later retired from the House of La Rose in 1989. He was proud of his family and always helped out a friend.
Vic is survived by his sons, Victor Yenc, Jr. of Thompson and Ed (Sarah) Yenc of Montville. He was preceded in death by Jennie, his wife of 64 years; parents; sister, Francis Velkovar and brother, John Yenc.
Friends will be received 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 26 River Street, Madison, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 19, 2014 at St. Patrick's Church, 16550 Rock Creek Road, Thompson, OH 44086.
Final resting place will be Maplegrove Cemetery in Thompson, OH.
