Velma M. Spencer, Age 92, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2010 Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Madison. Born April 21, 1918 in Murray City to Josie (Lewis) & William Erb she married Raymond Spencer and was a homemaker. She is survived by Daughter, Cheryl Ann (Gerald) Ramsey of Grafton, OH; Sons, Roger Lee (Rachel) Spencer of Madison & Paul Edward Spencer of Cleveland; 2 Grandchildren; Sister, Rosena Lages of Wickliffe. She was preceded in death by her husband; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Friends will be received 11:00 am - 12:00 Noon, Monday, September 27, 2010, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio with a Memorial Service following at 12:00 pm. Rev. Larry Wade will be officiating. Final Resting Place will be at Madison Memorial Cemetery.
