Valerie Williams

Valerie Williams, age 77, of Madison, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Geneva Village Skilled Nursing. She was born July 5, 1943 in Madison, Ohio the daughter of Ruth J. (Shaffer) and Churchill Brewster. She married Denzil Williams on June 1, 1974. Valerie was a member of Perry First Baptist Church. She was a proud member of the Elvis Fan Club. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting and crocheting, and also loved going to the salon to have her hair and nails done. Most of all Valerie looked forward to family dinners once a month. She adored her cats too! Valerie is survived by her daughter, Paula (John) Milbrandt; son, Rodney Williams, grandchildren, Mercedes (Coleman) Friend, James Milbrandt; 2 great-grandchildren, Callen and Hazel Friend; 5 brothers, Larry Brewster, Melvin Brewster, Clyde (Kathy) Brewster, Marvin (Amy) Brewster, Clifford Brewster; 2 sisters, Molly (Keith) Brainard, Dollie (David) Seese; many beloved nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Denzil and parents. Friends will be received from 10-12:00 PM, Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street Madison, OH 44057. Funeral Service will follow at 12 noon. Final resting place will be at Perry Cemetery.
