Traudel Caswell

Traudel “Trudy” Caswell age 76, passed away Monday, October 25, 2021. She was born June 14, 1945 in Wixhausen-Darmstadt, Germany. She married Joseph V. Caswell on February 21, 1967.
Trudy was a school bus driver for Madison Schools for 10 years and enjoyed German Cooking for her family. She was a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veteran of Foreign Wars at post 8548.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph; children, Claudia (Eugene) Frambach of Davenport, FL; Ralf (Denise) Caswell of Madison and John (Laura) Caswell of Saybrook; brother Jurgen (Ingria) Benz of Germany; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilhelm and Lina Benz and sisters, Ursula and Doris.
Friends will be received 5-7 pm, Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison. Burial will take place at North Madison Cemetery.
