Todd Howard Willis

Todd Howard Willis, 51, died suddenly at his home in Ashtabula on November 23. Todd, a 1981 graduate of Geneva High School, lived most of his life in and around Geneva, Ohio. Todd had a zest for life and lived it to the fullest. He had a quick wit, ready laugh and a big heart. After spending 4 years in the United States Navy, he returned to Ohio and worked as a butcher and later in the family owned Giant Eagle. Todd's love of life led him on many adventures. Todd will greatly missed by his daughters, Amanda Kirby (Kevin) of Ashtabula and Alexandria Willis of Jefferson. He was the grandfather to 3 beautiful children, Hailee Kirby, Cameryn Kirby and Aubrey Demanett. Also surviving Todd are his father, Blair Willis of Tidioute, Pennsylvania; brother, Tim Willis (Tracey) of Geneva, Ohio; sister, Jodie Willis Hanke (Don) of West Lafayette, Indiana and grandmother, Jean de Melker of Saybrook, Ohio. Todd's booming laugh will also be missed by his aunt, Dorothy White; nephews, Garon Hanke and Ethan Willis; nieces, Jordyn Willis and Cassandra Hanke, as well as numerous cousins. Todd is preceded in death by his mother Karen de Melker Willis. Friends will be received 5-7 PM on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 175 South Broadway, Geneva, OH 44041. A Memorial Service will follow at 7:00 PM.
