Timothy Vanderveer, age 44, of Madison passed away Sunday, February 27, 2022 at UH Geneva Medical Center. He was born August 23, 1977 in Painesville son of Donald and Mary Ann (Clatone) Vanderveer. He married Christina Doraski on September 22, 2001. Tim was always very happy and playful and was known to always walk up to his wife and best friend simply for a “squeeky hug” as he called it.  He took great pleasure in practical jokes and especially scaring his wife.  He was helpful to anyone he came in contact with and was a great husband, friend and neighbor. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Christina; his cats “Hitch” and “Coal”; in laws, Flora and Joe Doraski; sisters-in-law, Lisa (Scott) Gray and Lori Williamson; nieces, Andrea and Jaime; and nephew, E.J. He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends will be received 4-6 pm Friday, March 4, 2022 at Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison with a service immedately following at 6 pm.
