Thomas Michael Grant

Thomas Michael Grant, age 3, of Conneaut, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023 at David Simpson Hospice House. He was born February 15, 2020 in Cleveland, to Jennifer Derylak and Thomas Grant, Jr. Bubs is the loving brother to Tia and Madilyn Grant; grandchild of Cyndi (Keith) Powell, David (Nanette) Derylak; step granchild of Luessia Grant, and the great-grandchild of Rose Howland. Also, many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many others who love him. Bubs was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome and coarctation of the aorta. Bubs strength and love influenced his family to love deeper and sweeter. Preceded in death by his Great-Grandmother Katy Davis, Uncle Mike Morgan and Grandmother April Santos-Juarez. A special thank you to all who cared for him at Cleveland Clinic, David Simpson Hospice House, Hospice of the Western Reserve and Early Intervention in Ashtabula County.
