Thomas Knesebeck, age 59 of Perry, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Metro Health Medical Center. He was born on December 2, 1961 the son of Wayne C. and Ann L. (Salisbury) Knesebeck.
Tom will be remembered for his friendly and outgoing personality. From childhood, he had a good-natured disposition and a ready smile, and was comfortable engaging with anybody, in any situation, at any time. Likewise, Tom was willing to lend a hand to anyone who asked, and readily shared his time and talents – particularly his skills in auto repair -- as needed. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him as “Big T.”
He is survived by brothers, Wayne S. (Peggy), Donald (Jeanette) Knesebeck; and brother-in-law, Nick Blasius.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne C. and Ann Knesebeck, brother Gary Knesebeck, and sister Nancy Blasius.
Friends and family will be received from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, August 20, 2021 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison. Burial will take place at Perry Cemetery.
The family suggests contributions in Tom’s name to the American Cancer Society, or to the charity of your choosing.

We did not know he had passed away until we saw his obit today[Sat] in yesterdays Gazette and it was too late for us to attend his calling hours.
