April 6, 1954 ~ April 10, 2023

Ted A. Dennison Jr., age 69, of Madison, Ohio, passed peacefully Monday, April 10, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 6, 1954, to Delma and Ted A. Dennison. He married Cindy (Jones) Dennison on August 11, 1990. He is survived by his devoted wife Cindy, daughters Abby Dennison, Maria Lausin, son Thomas Norman III, grandchildren Robert Lausin III and Hailey Reynolds, sister Donna (Richard) Luce, sister-in-law Linda Allman, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Leon Dennison, parents Delma and Ted A. Dennison, sisters Carol Suarez, Patsy (Brian) Wright, and brother Jack Allman. Ted collected knowledge and many skills throughout his working years. He was employed by the Flagship restaurant, True Temper, RMI, Avery Dennison, the 19th Hole (bar and restaurant), Hilltop Adult Group Home Inc, and Dennison Construction. He also had his real estate license and many other endeavors too numerous to list. Ted had a multitude of hobbies that included woodworking, operating his many tractors and trucks, attending auctions, and working on many projects that he kept track of in his stenographer's notebooks. He loved to shoot pool and the breeze with many friends and family. He shared the most amazing memories. It didn’t matter to him if you needed something fixed or some sage advice. He’d tell you to pull up a chair, have some coffee, and before you knew it, hours had passed, and it seemed like it was just 20 minutes. Ted loved spending time with his daughter Abby and his grandchildren Bert and Hailey. He loved to give them rides on the tractors, feed the animals, play cards, and watch tv. He enjoyed watching Abby work and race her horses and attended nearly every horse show. Ted took great pride in the parental relationships he formed and invested in the lives of many. His legacy will live on through the lives of those he touched. The memories that were made will be cherished always. Family and friends will be welcomed at Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio 44057. Calling hours will be Friday, April 21, 2023 4-8pm.
