Sylvia Iola Cerjan

Sylvia I. Cerjan age 84 a resident of Geneva, Ohio passed away Monday, March 26, 2007 at Jefferson Health Care. Born February 22, 1923 in East Trumbull to May (Parker) & Clarence A. Rockhill Married John I. Cerjan on September 13, 1946. Mrs Cerjan graduated from Rock Creek High School in 1941 where she was Valedictorian. She helped her husband on the family Grape Farm and also worked at Lincoln Electric and Champion Hardware. Sylvia enjoyed polka dancing, crocheting, scrapbooking and playing cards. She is survived by her Husband John I. Cerjan of Geneva; Sons Vic (Donna) Cerjan of Geneva; Ron (Joyce) Cerjan of Concord, Ohio; Grandchildren Tracy (Frank) Ladany, Jimmy (Charlotte) Cerjan, Vic Cerjan, Deanna (Gary) Dodge & Ronnie Paul Cerjan; 9 Great Grandchildren and Brother Ike Rockhill of Cleveland, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, May (Parker) and Clarence A. Rockhill, Brothers Wes & Clem Rockhill. Memorial Service will be Thursday at 11:00am at The Behm Family Funeral Homes, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio. Final Resting Place will be at Greenlawn Cemetery.
