Steven Hutton

Steven Hutton, age 64, of Madison, OH, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Louis Stokes VA Center-Wade Park Division in Cleveland, Ohio. Born June 4, 1949 in Bayshore, Long Island, NY, he was the son of Ruth (Baker) & Francis Jerome Hutton. He married Christine Satterley on August 28, 1971 on Long Island, NY. Steve retired as a Senior Chief in the US Navy Submarine Service. He spent 13 years in active duty and 8 years in the Reserves stationed at the Cleveland Reserve Center. He and his wife owned and operated Energy Testing Services (ETS). Steve loved to entertain and truly enjoyed his time spent with family and friends. A man of simple pleasures, he liked working in the yard and was passionate about the game of golf. Steve is survived by his wife, Christine Hutton of Madison, OH; sons, Jeff (Jill) Hutton of Willoughby Hills, OH, Ryan (Brittney) Hutton of Chicago, IL, Steven Hutton of Madison, OH; grandchildren, Cody & Laney Hutton; mother, Ruth Hutton of Medford, Long Island; brothers, Frank (Barbara) Hutton of Spring Valley, NY, Robert (Christina) Hutton of Patchogue, Long Island, William (Melinda) Hutton of Oracle, AZ; mother-in-law, Mary Satterley. He was preceded in death by his father. Private family services will be observed.
