Stephanie M. Gilson

Stephanie M. Gilson, Age 39, of Painesville Township, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2008 Metro General in Cleveland, OH. She was born October 6, 1968 in Painesville, Ohio to Barbara L. (Korb) & David E. Gilson. Stephanie was a graduate of Madison High School and Lakeland Community College. She had a deep love of books and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. Stephanie loved her herb garden, flowers and her cats. She enjoyed participating each summer in the Medieval Faire in Ashtabula County. She also enjoyed her time at the former Grand River Winery and the Mapleleaf Theatre Company. She is survived by Father, David E. Gilson, Painesville Township; Sister, Romy (Jon) Vaughan of Kirtland, OH; Niece, Violet Vaughan of Kirtland, OH; Grandmother, Maxine Korb of Chicora, PA; Grandmother Kathleen Gilson of Perry, OH; Her ?Faire Family?; Many Pen Pals and her cats ?Merlin? and ?Morgan? She was preceded in death by her mother Barbara Gilson. Friends will be received 9:30 ? 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 16, 2008, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral service will follow immediately at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 16, 2008 at the funeral home. Rev. Keith Mostad, of Perry United Methodist Church, will be officiating.
