Shirley L. Burn

Shirley L. Burn, Age 77, of Thompson, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2010 at home. Born September 23, 1933 in Marietta, Ohio, to Nellie & George Doebereiner, she married Wesley Burn in Thompson on June 15, 2002. Shirley was a wonderful cook and seamstress. She took pride in taking care of her home and family. She is survived by her husband, Wes Burn of Thompson; Daughters, Dianne (Michael) Miller, Nancy (Bob) Knox, Fran (Willis) Piper, Betty Burn; Sons, Dan (Louise) Bushnell, Larry (Carol) Bushnell, Floyd Bushnell, Paul W. (Laurie Mason) Burn; Edward (Robin) Burn; Duane (Crystal) Burn; Several Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; Daughter-in-Law, Sharon Bushnell; Son-in-Law, Duane Hofstetter; Sisters, Marge, Carol, Sally and Hazel. She was preceded in death by first husband, Richard Bushnell; daughters, Eleanor Burn & Anna Hofstetter; sons, Dickie & Mike Bushnell; brother, Bud; sister, Lucille Friends will be received 2-4 PM, Saturday, October 16, 2010, at The Behm Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio, with a Funeral Service following at 4:00 PM.
