Sheryl Ann Pierce, age 68 of Madison, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Madison Health Care. She was born April 1, 1956 in Painesville, the daughter of the late Harold and Shirley (Rosel) Bregitzer.
A strong caring woman Sheryl was dedicated to her family. Many people would remember her as the cook at several area taverns including Cebars in Madison. She is survived by her loving daughter, Shellie (David) New; grandchildren, Thomas McCabe, Shana Pierce, and Savannah Lohr; great grandson, Logan McCabe; sisters Kimberly and Becky; brothers, Charlie, Steve, and Hal. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son Jeremy Pierce.
A Celebration of Sheryl’s Life will take place at 2:00pm on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison. Online obituary and condolences may be viewed at www.behmfuneral.com

I am still coming to terms that you are gone ,realizing how important you were to me is no surprise but now that ur no longer here shows me how much u keep me going a reason to go on to fight for you was something I have done for a very long time ,fighting for ur love or fighting for you when u gave up I have always fought for my life and the people in it I have been tired for years and I have been hanging on by a thread I lost my self once and it was something I will always hurt from the time I could not stay strong ,what I’m trying to say mom is without you in giving me the strength ,the fight I wouldn’t of made it this far and I thank you for that and sometime I might hate that part of me but honestly that make me the good person I’m today I love u and I know you will never be completely gone just know I have always loved u no matter what and yes u left this world but now ur with Jeremy and not in anymore pain I will be OK
