Sheila Davanaugh

Sheila Smith Davanaugh, age 73, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2013 at TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township. She was born May 17, 1939 in Cleveland to Dorothy Gallagher and Thomas F. Smith. Sheila was a 1957 graduate of Beaumont High School after which she attended Ohio University. She worked as an Administrative Clerk at Stock Equipment for 25 years. Sheila loved her feline friend Gracie and was a longtime friend of Doctor Bob. She is survived by sons, Michael (Carol) Davanaugh of Perry, Thomas Davanaugh of FL; daughter, Katie Davanaugh of Huntington Beach, CA; step-mother, Gerry Smith of Shaker Heights; brother, Thomas Farrell of FL; sister, Eileen Muer of MI; grandchildren, Rebecca, Kyle, Tyler, Jillian and Jennifer Davanaugh, Michael and Nicholas Decker; great-grandchildren, Alyssa and Tristan Parker. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Kevin Davanaugh. Friends will be received 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at The Behm Family Funeral Home 26 River Street, Madison,OH 44057.
