Sharon A. Hahn

Sharon A. Hahn, 73 of Madison, OH, peacefully passed away, while surrounded by her family, at Pine Grove Healthcare Center, early Saturday morning, June 10, 2017, after her three year battle with colon cancer. She was born December 1, 1943 in Cleveland, OH to the late Elmer and Anna Postier. Sharon was the loving mother of Ronald Hahn, Joseph (Stephanie) Hahn, Denise (Andrew) Cross, and grandmother to Jason, Conner, Aaron and Karson. She is survived by brother Richard Postier, and sister Sandra (Robert) Pasela. Sharon always put her family first and loved being with them and cherished every minute she had with them. Private family services are being observed with cremation to follow. Sharon had a love for animals and also leaves behind her "grand doggies" Maggie and Zoey. Her family asks contributions be made in Sharon's name to the Lake Humane Society (LHS) 7564 Tyler Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060.
