Selma "Betty" Ware

Selma Ware (Betty), age 82, of Geneva passed away at home July 27, 2015. She was born May 19, 1933 the daughter of Flora (nee Sheets) and Forrest Grogg. She married Robert N. Ware in Louisburg, WV on July 31, 1954. Betty was a 1951 graduate of Greenbank, WV High School and a graduate of C&O Hospital Nursing School. She was a member of Peoples Church. Betty enjoyed traveling, quilting and gardening. She is survived by son, Gregory (Corinne) Ware of Austinburg; daughter, Dennise (Randy) Cook of Austinburg; brothers, Ray Grogg of Sarasota, FL, Donald Grogg of Arbovale, WV and sister, Ruth Ann Mullenax of Arbovale, WV. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; sons, Scott, Jeffrey N.; brothers, Guy, Emil, Merle, Forrest, Marvin David, Jimmy Grogg; sisters, Martha Foster, Dorotha Shader and Carrie Grogg. Friends will be received 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, OH. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 31, 2015. Pastor Alexander Zell of Peoples Church will be officiating. Final resting place will be Greenlawn Memory Gardens in Kingsville.
