Sean Christopher Ryan

Sean Christopher Ryan, age 26 of Jefferson, passed away August 31, 2014. Born February 9, 1988 in Painesville, he was the son of Elizabeth (Distler) & Patrick Ryan. Sean graduated from Jefferson High School in 2006 and attended The Ohio State University. He was an artist & writer who loved reading. Sean enjoyed visiting large American cities and lived in New York City for 3 years. He was a Cleveland sports fan who adopted the New York Mets. He is survived by his parents, Liz & Patrick Ryan; brothers, Michael & Duncan Ryan and many loved uncles, aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leonard & Betty Distler and William & Phyllis Ryan. Friends will be received 3-5 PM, Thursday, September 4, 2014 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 175 South Broadway, Geneva, OH 44041. A funeral service will follow at 5:00 PM. Guests are invited for fellowship after the service at the Geneva VFW Post 6846, 76 Depot Street, Geneva, OH 44041. Contributions may be made to Sean Ryan Memorial Fund at any Key Bank branch. Envelopes will also be available at the funeral home.
