Sarah Ann Williams

Sarah Ann Williams, age 82, of Geneva, Ohio passed away peacefully on October 7, 2017 at Rae-Ann Geneva. She was born on July 17, 1935 in Canaan Valley, West Virginia to Charles and Anna Marie (Heitz) Warner. Sarah met her husband Ray while working at Alltel where she retired at age 58. She sold telephone systems to local businesses and was often the top salesperson. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed any opportunity to spend time with them, including her favorite holiday, Christmas. Sarah was a social butterfly who loved going out to eat and loved to shop. She is survived by her children, Peggy Bliss, Debbie Lightle, Tammy Williams; her grandchildren, Nikki (Shane), Ricky, Fonda (Jeff), R.J. (Chrissy), Travis (Tiffany), Samantha; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Aaron, Dylan, Will, Isabella, Rosalie; a brother Franklin (Lexie) Warner; and sisters, Flora Robinson and Emily Smith. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ray of 41 years; her parents; and her sister, Hallie Brenwald. Friends will be received 3-5 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at The Behm Family Funeral Home 175 South Broadway, Geneva, Ohio with a service to follow at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
