Sally Ann Henry, age 83 passed away November 18, 2018 in Tucson Arizona. She was born March 7, 1935 in Canoe Township, Pennsylvania to Margaret (Smith) and Jethro Jocoby and was a 1954 graduate of Commodore Pennsylvania High School. Sally was a member of Madison Bible Baptist Church, a former member of Ernest Bible Church in Ernest, PA and a former member of NorthPointe Church in Chandler AZ. Sally loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She enjoyed taking care of her dog Cuddles and she loved to shop and read but most of all she loved caring for her family. Sally leaves behind 2 daughters, Kimberly (Donald) Benedum of Tucson, AZ, Karen (Paul) Piendzik of Painesville, OH; grandchildren, T.J. (Ashley) Shandle, Dawn (Eddie Vilcheck) Shandle, Brittany (Dave Eubank) Shandle, Ryan (Melissa) Benedum, Brooke (Jay McMullen) Benedum and Corey Benedum; great-grandchildren Aiden and Mason Messner; brother, Carl (Betty) Jacoby; sisters-in-law, Audrey Lezanic, Wanita Brown, Athelda (Jerry) Ickes; brother-in -law, Howard, and many loved nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her most faithful and caring friend, Shirley Stephens and her precious dog, Cuddles. She is preceded in death by her husband, O. Blair Henry Jr; her parents and step-mother, Ila. She was also preceded in death by her sisters-in-law, Etta Jane Hull, Betty Hannah, Kathleen Ferrier, Rose Ensminger. Friends will be received on Saturday Dec, 1, 2018 from 11am to 12pm at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, 500 Ben Franklin Road, South Indiana, PA, 15701. Service will be immediately following at 12pm officiated by Rev. John Sykes of Ernest Bible Church. Final Resting place will be East Mahoning Cemetery in Purchase Line, PA. Contributions can be made in Sally’s name to Soulistic Hospice, 2344 East Speedway Blvd, Tucson AZ 85719. The Behm Family Funeral Home of Madison is assisting the family with arrangements.
