Rose Sarah Landa

Rose Sarah Landa, age 88, of Madison, Ohio passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Madison Health Care. The daughter of Joseph and Stella (Nikl) Landa, she was born December 3, 1929 in Cleveland. Rose was a pleasant lady; she would look at you with her beautiful blue eyes and her contagious smile, and assure you by saying "I am ok." Starting in 1993, Rose worked for 12 years at Ladies and Gentlemen Salon and Spa doing housekeeping until she retired. She took a lot of pride in her daily housekeeping duties especially the nightly dishwashing. She always was encouraging people that she would be OK. She is survived by her friends and loving staff at Eastwood Residential. She is preceded in death by her parents, six brothers, and two sisters. A Memorial Service will be held 6:00 p.m., Thursday, January 11, 2018 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio with Mr. Mark Shearer presiding.
