Hello Michelle, I am very sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Wishing you peace.
My deepest sympathy in the loss of Rodney, I am an old friend from Ashtabula. My brother Lloyd and I thought the world of him during our young years, often meeting at Nita-Pat with other Geneva friends. I always tried to see him while I played the 14th hole at the Golf Course and we would stop for a brief chat. All I had to holler was, Hi Wobbly Bob and he knew who was looking for him. A great guy and a friend that will be missed by me and all who enjoyed his company. RIP old friend.
Michelle,
My deepest sympathy on the loss of your father. You and your family are in my thoughts – jeffrey
Charlotte, Pam, Michelle, Jena and Brad, I am so sorry for your loss. Growing up living next door to you was wonderful. I have such fond memories! My dad, Paul, always looked forward to playing a few holes of golf or go looking for golf balls together with Rod. And, they played golf every weekend! I remember that when I wanted a pair of snow skis in high school, dad thought they were too expensive. I told him that it was worth the investment as it was just like buying golf clubs and only using them for part of the year.(I did the skis!) There are so many memories that I could go on all day. Charlotte, times will be difficult ahead, but your memories will comfort you.You will never get “over” this loss, but you will make peace with the “heart pain.” I know this because I went through it-my husband Todd was just 39 years old when he died. My children and 2 grandchildren make life worth living! Again, I am so sorry for your loss.
