Robert M. Hynd

Robert M. Hynd age 58 of Geneva and formerly of Madison, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at his home. Robert was born on July 14, 1958 in Painesville, the son of Alexander and Nancy (Andrews) Hynd. A 1976 graduate of Madison High School Robert served in the United States Marine Corp during operation Desert Storm. He worked for many years in the Shipping and Receiving Department at Dillards Department Store in Mentor. Robert enjoyed collectibles and horror movies. He was a quiet yet kind and giving person. He is survived by sons Christopher Hynd of Michigan; and Matthew Hynd of Tennessee; daughter Lauren Hynd of New York; sisters: Sandra (George) Jansson of Williamsport, PA, Linda (Gary) Komaromy of Chardon; Brothers Alexander (Shirley) Hynd Jr. of Madison, Russell (Anita) Hynd of St. Henry, Ohio, Michael (Patty) Hynd of Geneva; Robert is proceeded in death by his parents and his sister Donna Rae. A graveside service for Robert will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Fairview Memorial Park on River Street in Madison.
