Regis Hollen

Regis Hollen, age 82, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Monday, November 4, 2013 Geneva Village Retirement Community in Geneva, Ohio. He was born September 5, 1931 in Dysart, Pennsylvania to Gertrude (Krise) and Wilmer Hollen and married Marilyn Giles on December 12, 1969 in Winchester, VA.
Regis served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and retired from Caterpillar as a welder and inspector. He was a member of the Ashville, PA VFW. Regis was a hard worker who loved his tools and his cars and especially enjoyed trips and playing bingo with his wife.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Hollen of Madison; step-son, Dennis (Barbara) Giles of Brighton, MI; daughter-in-law, Connie Giles of Madison; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Janet) Hollen of Cresson, PA; sisters, Elvera (Bob) Bertram of Concord, OH, Veronica Newman of Cresson, PA, Edna Wright of Mahaffey, PA, Mary Ann (Donald) Keller of Erie, Pa and several nieces and nephews.. He was preceded in death by his parents; step-son, Robert Giles; sisters, Leona and Cleta; brothers, Wilber, Carlton, James, and Arthur
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m., Monday, November 11, 2013 at St. Joan of Arc Parish, 692 Glendale Valley Blvd, Fallentimber, PA 16639. Final Resting Place will be at Lyleville Cemetery in Lyleville, PA.
