Ralphine A. Maynard Dick, Age 92
Resident of Geneva and formerly of Madison, passed away Friday, December 31, 2010 Hospice of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
Born September 19, 1918 in Parkman, Ohio, to Myla (Harris) & John Maynard she married Floyd Dick on June 14, 1952
She was a Homemaker and a Graduate of Chardon High School and Huron Road School of Nursing. She served as a Nurse in the United States Army during World War II, serving in the European Theatre. She was active in the Progress Club in Madison and a Leader in Campfire Girls. She was also active with Park Methodist Church in Madison. Recently she had been a member of Geneva First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by Daughters, Barb (Smitty) Smith of Geneva, Carol (Bill) Laub of Medina & Diane (Rick) Ware of Frametown, WV; Grandchildren, Katy, Michael, Sarah, Lisa, Andrew, Wesley, Kyle, Molly, Kassie, Emily
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Dick, MD in 2004; parents; grandson, Tyler Scott Ware; 7 brothers and sisters.
Friends will be received 1-3:00 pm & 5-7:00 pm, Tuesday, January 4, 2011, at the Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 South Broadway, Geneva, Ohio. Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
Final Resting Place will be at Fairview Cemetery in Madison.
