R. Alan Collingwood

R. Alan Collingwood of Geneva, Ohio passed away March 24, 2023 at University Hospital in Chardon after a lengthy illness.
He was born October 7, 1963 in Findlay, Ohio to Richard J. and Barbara A. Collingwood where he lived until he moved with his family to Milan in 1973. He graduated from Edison High School and attended Case Western Reserve University. He was employed as a robotics engineer until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah; his parents; and his sisters, Anne (Denis) Bleile, Heather Plue and Jennifer (Victor) DiAngelo and several nieces and nephews.
Per Alan’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Memorial Services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to Behm Family Funeral Homes of Madison, Ohio.
Memorials if desired, may be made to the Citizenship and Education Foundation of the Edison Local Schools, 140 South Main Street, Milan, Ohio 44846 or to a favorite charity.
