Phyllis Prince

Our loving mother Phyllis died peacefully on April 30, 2026 at the age of 92. She was born Phyllis Joan Korth on December 28, 1933 to the late Carl and Margaret Korth.

Phyllis was a devoted, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother she will be remembered for her strength, warmth, compassion, and dedication to her loving family and her love of the Lord. Phyllis loved cooking, there was not a recipe she didn’t like, and she enjoyed reading a good book, knitting and crocheting.

Phyllis is survived by her loving children, Pamela Prince (Cecil King), Douglas (Sherri) Prince Cheryll (David) Walker; grandchildren, Katelyn (Chris) Walker, Michael Prince, Robert Walker, Charles (Tricia) Prince, David Walker; great-grandchildren, Christopher and Noah Walker. She is proceeded in death by her husband of 33 years, Clarence, who died in 1984; daughter, Karen Marsh; granddaughter, Samantha Marsh; and infant great-grandson, Charles Douglas Prince.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 6-8PM at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison, OH. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 7th at 11AM at the funeral home. The Final Resting Place will be at Fairview Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the Cleveland Clinic Hospice Center for all of their care and compassion and a special loving, thank you to her daughter Pamela for going above and beyond, loving and caring for her mother.
