Guestbook

  1. Don and I are friends with Phyllis and Ray’s son and daughter-law, Barry and Sue Deming. As is often the case, you know the character of a person through the character of their children. Although we spent time with Phyllis on only a few occasions, we feel like we know her well through Barry and Sue. We know her to be entirely devoted to her family, someone who had a strong faith and a mother who raised one of our most special, caring and generous friends, Barry Deming. As difficult as it is for a loved one to pass, we celebrate Phyllis’ life and the fact that she is now singing and dancing and praising God in heaven.

  2. Our prayers are with Ray and the rest of the family. Phyllis was such a faithful and dedicated worker at Bible Baptist. She served for many years as treasurer, AWANA worker, choir member and in many other positions. She was a graceful host. Inviting numerous missionaries and visiting speakers to the home. Our hearts sorrow but she is rejoicing with Her Saviour! Pastor Bob

  3. Mrs. Demimg was the virtuous woman of Proverbs 31. Gracious, a partner with her husband, a wonderful Mom. Respected by those who knew her. A blessing to her family and to her community and church family.

  4. Ray and Family: Just found out today that Phyllis has gone home to be with her Lord. Phyllis was always a lady and faithful servant to her Lord. She and I were cheerleaders together at Perry High School which gave us the opportunity to get to know each other. Also, we got to cheer for her hubby to be, Ray. I pray you know God’s comfort for the whole family through these difficult days. Sincerely, Rose
