Philip C. Kadlowec, age 76 of Madison passed away July 31, 2019 at Madison Healthcare. He was born April 7, 1943 in Bedford, OH to Charles and Kathleen “Adamson” Kadlowec. He Married Kathleen S. “Szweda” Kadlowec on May 7, 1988 in Madison.
Philip served in the United States Army then later was a fitter-welder for Mustang Dynomometer in Twinsburg. He was a member of Chapel United Methodist Church and also was a member and officer of American Legion Post 601. Philip was a hard worker. He loved animals, he loved his beer, yet most of all; he loved time spent with his family and grandchildren.
Philip is survived by his wife Kathleen “Sue”; children, Johnny (Desiree Shuga) Matthews, Amber (Robert) Dostal; grandchildren, Alec Matthews, Cara Matthews, Meredith Matthews and Gage Loomis; great-grandchild, Damian Matthews; siblings, Brian (Jane) Kadlowec, Noreen (Wally) Bowen and Gail Forshey. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends will be received, 2-4 p.m. Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Behm Family Funeral Home 26, River Street, Madison, OH. Funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. with Pastor Lenore Robinson officiating. Final resting place will be Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.

phil was a great guy. he worked with my dad and my brother for years. was very friendly and will be missed. love the cimaglia family.
