Paul D. Hiendlmayr, 79, of Madison, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Geneva Hospital. He was born in Westlake, Ohio, to Francis and Mary (Synder) Hiendlmayr on November 25, 1941. Paul married Mary Fekete in Cleveland, November 2, 1963.
Paul worked as a printer at WHK radio and for Caterpillar Heavy Equipment. He was Flotilla Commander and member of the Coast Guard Auxilliary and loved going fishing on his boat. He and his wife operated and owned Ivory Inn Group Home for the developmentally disabled, and Paul loved playing Santa Clause for the kids there.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary; daughter, Irene (Steven) Tarr; grandchildren, Jack Tarr and Kade Tarr; and brothers, Francis (Jackalene) Hiendlmayr, James (Gloria) Hiendlmayr. Paul is preceded in death by his parents.
