Patricia Ann Wilfong, Age 54, of Rock Creek, Ohio, passed away Friday, March 4, 2011 UHHS Bedford Medical Center in Bedford, OH. Born October 22, 1956 in Painesville, Ohio to Raymond & Phyllis Willoughby, she married Henry Wilfong in Thomasville, W. Virginia on June 11, 1993 Patricia was a homemaker who was devoted to her family. She is survived by her husband, Henry Wilfong of Rock Creek; Daughter, Mistie (James) Hungerford; Mother, Phyllis Willoughby; Stepchildren, Angie Wilfong & Chris Wilfong; Grandchildren, Austin and Alexis Hungerford; Siblings, Raymond (Carrie) Willoughby, Christopher (Jill) Willoughby, Jim Willoughby, Samantha (Mark) Brandt & Chuck Willoughby.
