Patricia A. Freeman (Lundblad) age 58 a resident of Madison, Ohio passed away Monday, September 3, 2007 at The Cleveland Clinic. Born June 21, 1949 in Cleveland to Eunice (Ahrens) & Carl Lundblad. Married Jack Freeman in Unionville, Ohio on 07/24/1993 A 1967 Graduate of Madison High School. Member of Chapel United Methodist Church. Patricia loved spending time with her friends and family. She was involved with Rabbit Run Community Theater, enjoyed traveling to the Caribbean, gardening and her dogs and cats. She enjoyed the time she lived in Vermont. She is survived by Her Husband Jack Freeman of Madison; Daughter Crosby (Edwin) Grimmer of St. Louis; 2 Brothers Phil (Cheri) Lundblad of Moretown, Vermont & Paul (Jan) Lundblad of Las Vegas; Mother Eunice Lundblad; Grandchildren Justin & Paige Grimmer Nieces & Nephews Erik Lundblad; Kelly Kordos Jessica Lundblad & Cari Vonhoff She was preceded in death by her Father Friends will be received 10:00 am, Friday September 7th at Chapel United Methodist Church, 2019 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio Memorial Service will be 11:00 am, Friday September 7th at Chapel United Methodist Church, 2019 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio Rev. Randy Weaver of Chapel United Methodist Church will be officiating.
