Otis Argo

Otis Argo, Age 84, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2009 At home in Geneva. Born September 10, 1925 in McMinnville, Tennessee to Nellie (Rhea) & Bruce Argo he married Iva Scott in Manchester, Tennessee, on 4/28/1957 Otis was formerly employed in Maintenance and lab at Uniroyal. He served in the U.S. Air Force in the Korean War and was a member of Lake Shore Lodge # 307 F&AM and the Geneva VFW Post 6846. Otis enjoyed making fishing lures, fishing, traveling, gardening and playing pool. He is survived by Wife, Iva Argo; 2 Sons, Ken Argo of Geneva, Danny (Sandy) Argo of Rich Hill, MO; Daughter, Lisa (Pat) Maudet of Bristol, OH; 7 Grandchildren; 1 Great Granddaughter; 1 Sister, Dola Boyd of McMinnville, TN. He was preceded in death by son, Gary; Parents; Brothers, Roscoe, Robert, Bruce & Quimcie; Sisters, Willie Quick & Mattie Smart Friends will be received 2-4:00 pm, Sunday, October 4, 2009 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 10:00 am, Monday, October 5, 2009 at the funeral home with the Rev. Larry Wade officiating. Final Resting Place will be at Rome Center Cemetery.
