Hess Married Voyne Johnson in Jacobsburg, Ohio on 1/25/1941 Occupation: Homemaker . Memberships and Affiliations: 1941 Shadyside High School Graduate. She was a welder on the Shell Case line at Wheeling Steel during World War II. She won a number of awards for her painting. Past Member of Here?s Hope Baptist Church and currently a member of Park Methodist. She is survived by 3 Daughters Linda (Joseph) Marinelli of AZ Judy (Felix) Sanchez of Albequerque, NM Darlene Hess of Mentor, OH 4 Sons Randall Johnson of Madison, OHIO Mark (Kelly) Johnson of Houston, TX Jay Johnson of Streetsboro, OH Craig (Debbie) Johnson of Kent, OH 12 Grandchildren 12 Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by Her husband, Voyne Johnson Parents Son, Robert 2 Brothers, Jack and Earl Sister, Ada Friends will be received 2-4:00 p.m., and 6-8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 15, 2010 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, OHIO Funeral Service will be 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 15, following the visitation at the funeral home with Rev. William Alvey officiating. Graveside Service will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 16, 2010, at the Chapel in Powhatan Cemetery, 165 Main Street, Powhatan Point, Ohio.
