Graduate of Ohio State University College of Optometry. Member of the American and Ohio Optometric Associations and former member of the Madison Kiwanis Club. Survived by: Wife; JoAnn Donch Madison, OH 2 Daughters; Diana Jo (David) Kahley Cochranton, PA Sherry Lynn (Michael) Shuman Beavercreek, OH Grandchildren; Nicholas James Shuman and Jessica Lynn Shuman Preceded in death by: his parents and brother, Daniel Donch. Friends will be received: 2-4:00 and 6-8:00 PM on Monday, June 13, 2011 at The Behm Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 26 River St, Madison, OH 44057. Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at the funeral home. Final Resting Place at Fairview Cemetery in Madison Village.
