Nancy P. "Grace" Winfield

Nancy P. Winfield, Grace, age 78, of Madison, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 05, 2017 at Mapleview Country Villa. She was born in Geneva on October 21, 1939 to Wesley and Dorothy (Titman) Thompson.
Grace was a 1957 graduate of Madison High School. She was a lifelong member of the Church of the Blessed Hope in Unionville. She retired in 2009 after being Assistant to the Treasurer of Madison Schools for 32.5 years.
She is survived by sons Michael (Laura) Winfield of Chardon, Eric (Ronnie) Winfield of Mentor; grandchildren, Emily and Morgan Geisheimer, Cody and Alec Winfield and a great-grandson, Landen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy; and sister, Barbara Martin.
Family and friends will be received from 5 - 7 p.m., Friday, December 8, 2017 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison. There will be a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Alexander Harper Memorial Cemetery in Unionville.

I worked with Nancy for 25 years in the Treasurer's Office at Madison Schools. In those years we shared so many memories and laughed so much. I think a lot of people don't realize how much fun she could be. She was a dear friend and I feel very honored to have been able to work with her and to have had her in my life.
So sorry for the loss of a beloved Mom, Aunt, Friend. We always enjoyed seeing Nancy and Roy at all the doings and church. I pray she is at peace now, but missed by so many. ox
May God grant her soul eternal peace and happiness. Nancy was a fine person, as was her husband Roy. Mike and Eric, I extend my sincerest sympathies. God bless you and your families.
